Sprint 50 Track Club

Indoor and Outdoor track and field club, focused on increasing an athlete’s block, sprint, speed and hurdle mechanics. Get trained to achieve top speed on the track.

Your Body is Science

This youth level program introduces  athletes ages 6 – 12 to our training specially designed to help the younger athlete understand the importance of movement efficiency and proper body mechanics.

50/50 Elite

The 5050 Elite program is offered to aspiring and professional athletes only. Designed by Coach Thal Woods, each 50/50 Elite athlete will build on their performance and training techniques through sports-specific technique efficiency, speed, quickness, agility, reaction, explosiveness and strength.

The 6 Week Cycle
All cycles begin on a Monday and the last session ends on a Friday, or Sunday during the Red Rocks Workout Season. Our tiered six week training program has proven to produces optimal results.
